Wister collects information about you when you create a User Account, purchase a Subscription and use the Service. Our Privacy Policy applies to all Users who use our Service.

Article 1. Collection of your data

Wister collects User data, which you communicate directly to us when creating or modifying your User Account and Player profiles, when subscribing to the Service, and more generally when you (and/or a Player) communicate with the Service. This data may include your surname, first name, e mail address, title, telephone number, pseudonym, date of birth, postal address and the number of people in your household.

The compulsory or optional nature of the data is indicated at the time of collection by an asterisk. Some data is collected automatically as a result of actions taken on the Application.

When the User and/or Player logs into the User Account and/or accesses the Service, we also collect data in the following categories:

Transaction data: we collect information on transactions related to the use of the Service, including amounts billed, Subscription payment methods and any other related information. Information relating to use of the Service and preferences: we collect information on how the User and/or Player uses the Service, their preferences and settings. In some cases, this is done through the use of cookies and similar technologies.

Information relating to the technical and hardware environment: we may collect information relating, for example, to the type of hardware used, the operating system, the names and versions of software installed to access the Service, and the model of connected devices.

Data collected through third parties: we may also collect information from third-party sources and combine it with information we collect directly from the User and/or Player or through their use of the Service. Thus we may have access to data: If you create your User Account or connect with a social network, we may access data about you; From service providers who help us determine a location based on your IP address, and thus enable us to personalize the Service under the conditions described in our General Terms and Conditions;

Security service providers who provide us with information to secure our systems, prevent fraud and help us protect the security of User Accounts;

Payment service providers who provide us with payment or balance information, or updates on such information.

Article 2. Use of your data

We may use all or part of the data referred to in Article 1 hereof for the following purposes:

To provide and improve our Service, to debit your subscription, to send you the corresponding invoices, to provide you with any assistance services you may request, to send you software updates and administrative communications;

Prevent fraud and abuse of the service;

Carry out data analysis, research and monitoring of service usage patterns;

We may share some of your personal data with :

Certain third parties to provide and/or bill you for the Service;

Some third parties with whom you choose to allow us to share information;

Our subsidiaries ;

Article 3. Sharing function on social networks

The Service may include a feature that allows you to share actions you have taken on the Service on social networks. Using this feature allows you to share certain information with members of your network or the general public, depending on the settings you have selected on the social network in question. We invite you to refer to the privacy policies of the social networks concerned for further information.

Article 4. Audience measurement function

You authorize us to communicate certain data concerning you to third parties in order to establish audience measurements and analyses, to display advertisements on our behalf, and to monitor and report on the performance of these advertisements.

Article 5. Your account

You may modify and/or correct your User Account information by logging in. You may also request the deletion of your User Account, in which case your data will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

Wister reserves the right to anonymize your data in order to use it for statistical studies, the development of new products, the improvement of the Service, etc...

Article 6. Your right of access, rectification and opposition

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data. This right may be exercised by writing to dpo@wister.fr, enclosing valid proof of identity.

A reply will be sent to you within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request.

Article 7. Cookie management

These cookies are essential to the operation of our website and online service. Wister may use this type of cookie to authenticate our users and identify them when they are connected to our websites and applications, in order to provide them with our service. These cookies also enable us to enforce our Terms of Use, prevent fraud and ensure the security of our services. Lifespan: most cookies are session cookies (which remain active until you close the Web browser) or cookies that are only active for one day.

In order to improve the use and functionalities of its websites, Wister uses different types of "cookies" or other cookies such as "pixel tags", some of which may automatically record and transmit personal data to us.

Some cookies are active for longer periods, between 3 and 12 months. Cookies that help prevent fraud and ensure the security of our services are active for up to 24 months.

Article 8. Update

You are informed that Wister may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, in particular to comply with applicable laws and regulations. After this date, your use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these changes.
